Benefits of Accreditation

The London Landlord Accreditation Scheme (LLAS)

The London Landlord Accreditation Scheme launched in 2004 as a partnership of all London boroughs, landlord organisations and educational organisations, aims to recognise good practice and improve conditions in the private rented sector.

The LLAS & ATLAS has continued to accredit landlords,  letting & managing agents and organisations. LLAS & Partners provide, In-person, Virtual Accreditation Training and Online (self-learning) and now has over 65000 accredited members, the biggest and most established scheme in the UK.  It is now looking to expand significantly, working with its local authorities partners on new members from its current base of 65000 landlords, letting & managing agents in London and affiliated partners outside of London to reach 100,000 accredited landlords & agents by 2025/2026.
