Awards information & Guidance

The 2018/2019 Accreditation & Training for Landlords and Agents Service & the London Landlord Accreditation Scheme Awards are now open for entries. We are delighted you have chosen to enter the Awards and wish you every success! Please take the time to read through the entry information below, guidance and tips to ensure you give yourself the best possible opportunity to submit a high quality entry.

The closing date for all entries is Monday 14 Jan. 2019. Please note that any entries after this time will not be accepted.

All shortlisted finalists will be contacted on in January with a 20% discounted Voucher Code to book their tickets for the event (1 voucher per person).
All category finalist will receive a LLAS award finalist logo to be used on their headed papers, all communications including websites
All category winners will receive a ‘winner’s logo’ to be used on their headed paper and communications, advertising, etc.
The winners’ photos will be included in the post event newsletter and on the LLAS/ATLAS website.

Things to note before you start; please ensure you read the information below prior to submitting your entry.

You may enter just Two category
Self-nominations are acceptable Third party nominations are allowed BUT only one entry per category from a 3^rd party will be allowed and any subsequent entries from other 3^rd parties for the same category will be discarded/will not be allowed
Please keep your responses to the specified word limit per category entered
Please ensure your achievement s are current, perhaps within a year or two and it must be relevant
Please do not submit evidence from a previous awards winning entry
Your evidence should include a convincing argument as to why you have achieved excellence in the PRS sector and no more than a full page and no more than 5MB in size
Your submission should pinpoint what is ‘exceptional’... How you go the extra mile for clients/tenants?
Your submission should be backed by verifiable, factual evidence (as part of the specified word count)
The decision of the judges is final in choosing the winners of each Award
No correspondence will be entered into in respect of the decision.
